Mae'r broses gynhyrchu ar gyfer pibellau a ffitiadau PPR yn cynnwys saith cam allweddol yn bennaf: paratoi deunydd crai, cymysgu a sychu, mowldio allwthio, oeri a maint, torri ac archwilio, pecynnu a warysau, ac adennill a phrosesu gwastraff.
Yn gyntaf, mae -Copolymer Random Polypropylene (PPR) o ansawdd uchel yn cael ei ddewis fel y prif ddeunydd crai, wedi'i ategu gan ychwanegion i wella perfformiad y bibell (ee, cyflawni ymwrthedd gwres sy'n fwy na 95 gradd). Mae'r cam cymysgu a sychu yn sicrhau bod y deunyddiau crai yn unffurf ac yn bur (gyda chynnwys lleithder o<0.1%). Extrusion molding involves heating and melting the raw materials (with temperature controlled between 200°C and 230°C) and extruding them into a tubular structure (ranging in diameter from 20 mm to 110 mm, with wall thicknesses from 2.0 mm to 15.1 mm). The cooling and sizing stage utilizes a water bath for rapid cooling (at temperatures between 20°C and 25°C) to ensure dimensional stability (with a tolerance of ±0.3 mm). Following cutting, the pipes undergo pressure testing (verifying a pressure resistance capacity of ≥2.5 MPa) as well as visual inspection. Waste materials are pulverized and recovered (achieving a recovery rate of ≥90%), thereby facilitating resource recycling.
